Ingredients:

**For the meatballs
*1 lb. of Ground Beef
*2 Cloves of Garlic (chopped) - How To
* 2 tbsp. of Onion (diced)
*1 Large Egg
*1/2 tsp. of Salt
*1/2 tsp. of Black Pepper
*2 tbsp. of Breadcrumbs
*2 tbsp. of Olive Oil

**For the sauce
*2 tbsp. of Butter
*3 tbsp. of All-Purpose Flour
*2 Cups of Beef Broth
*1 Cup Whole Milk
*2 tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
*1 tsp. of Dijon Mustard
*1 tsp. of Salt
*1/2 tsp. of Black Pepper
Directions:

--Meatballs
-Mix together ingredients for the meatballs. Set aside.
-Form meatballs from the ground beef mixture.
-Heat large skillet over medium heat. Drizzle in olive oil.
-Drop formed meatballs into the heated skillet, turning occasionally to ensure that all sides of the meatball have been browned, about 7-10 minutes.
-Remove the meatballs from the skillet and drain on a plate lined with paper towels.

-Reduce the heat on the skillet to medium-low heat.
-Melt butter and whisk in flour until it turns golden brown.
-Slowly whisk in beef broth and cook until thickened, then add in milk, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, pepper, and salt.
-Stir until well-combined. Then add meatballs back into the skillet, turning to coat well.
-Remove from heat to serve.
