Parmesan Potato Wedges

Yields 6 Servings

Ingredients:

​

*3 Russet Potatoes

*1/4 Cup of Olive Oil

*1 tbsp. of Garlic Powder

*Salt to Taste

*Pinch of Black Pepper

*1/2 Cup of Parmesan Cheese

*Chopped Fresh Parsley (for garnish)

Directions:

​

-Preheat oven to 400 F.

-Cut potatoes into wedges.

-Add to baking sheet and top with olive oil, garlic powder and season with salt and pepper.

-Toss until fully coated, then flip skin side down.

-Top with Parmesan and bake 25 minutes until golden and crispy.

-Garnish with parsley and serve.
