Garlic Brown Sugar Chicken
Yields 6 Servings

Ingredients:

*2 lb. Chicken Breasts
*Salt and Black Pepper, to taste.
*Lawry’s Seasoning Salt
*3 tbsp. Butter (divided)
*4 Cloves of Garlic (minced) - How To
*¼ Cup of Brown Sugar
*1 tbsp. of Honey

Directions:

-Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
-Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and Lawry’s, to taste.
-Melt two of the three tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
-Once melted, add chicken, and sear both sides until golden brown, then set aside.
-Melt remaining butter in the skillet, add garlic once melted, and cook until fragrant. Remove from heat.
-Stir in brown sugar and honey and stir until thick.
-Transfer chicken to a baking dish and cover with the brown sugar/honey sauce.
-Place in oven and roast until completely cooked through (About 35 min).
-Serve on its own, or over pasta (drizzle the sauce over the noodles).
