Hamburger Gravy

Hamburger Gravy

Yields 4 Servings

Ingredients:

​

1 lb. Ground Beef

4 Beef Bouillon Cubes

3 tbsp. Corn Starch

2 tsp. Lawry’s Seasoning Salt

2 tsp. Onion Powder

2 tsp. Garlic Powder

1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

3 Cups of Water

Directions:

​

-Brown ground beef in large saucepan on medium heat until there’s no pink.

-Add 2 cups of water, bouillon cubes, kitchen bouquet, and seasonings to the pan.

-Bring all to a boil, meanwhile, make roux with 1 cup of water and 3 tbsp. of corn starch.

-Add roux gradually to pan, once boiling. Stir until thickened.

-Serve over mashed potatoes or noodles.
