Fun fact: This is one of Sami's most favorite foods. Every time we eat-out, you can almost guarantee that chicken strips is what Sami will order. As good as it is to not have to make them yourself, these are Sami's favorite chicken strips, so often Jake gets wrapped into making them with her (maybe more often than he'd like to).
Crunchy and crispy homemade chicken strips.

Crispy Chicken Tenders
Finger-Lickin' Chicken Sauce
Yields 4 Servings

Ingredients:

*1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
*1/3 Cup of Ketchup
*1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
*1/2 tsp. of Salt
*3/4 tsp. of Black Pepper
*1 tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
*1/8 tsp. of Cayenne Pepper

-Measure out all the ingredients and mix together, then serve.
Crispy Chicken Strips
Yields 5 Servings

Ingredients:

*1 1/2 lbs. of Chicken Breast
*1 1/2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour
*1/8 Cup of Milk
*3 Eggs
*1 tsp. of Lawry's Seasoning Salt
*3/4 tsp. of Onion Powder
*3/4 tsp. of Garlic Powder
*1/2 tsp. of Paprika
*1/4 tsp. of Black Pepper
*1 Cup of Canola Oil
Directions:

-Cut chicken breasts into strips.
-In a small bowl add eggs and milk then beat.
-In a medium bowl, add flour, Lawry's, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper, then mix together.
-Begin dunking the strips in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture. For extra crispiness, coat each strip twice.
-When all the strips are coated, warm oil to medium heat in a medium pan.
-Once the oil is hot, carefully place the first batch of strips into the pan.
-Fry for 6-8 minutes, or until a golden brown color.
-Let cool, then serve.
