Loaded Banana Oatmeal
Yields 1 Serving

Ingredients:
​
*1 Cup of Almond Milk
*1/2 Cup of Old-Fashioned/Rolled Oats
*1 Banana (sliced)
*1 tbsp. pf Peanut Butter
*1/2 tbsp. of Ground Flax Seed
*1/4 tsp. of Cinnamon
*1/8 Cup of Sliced Almonds
Directions:
​
-Bring the almond milk to a boil in a small saucepan.
-Stir in your oats and reduce heat to medium.
-Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
-Remove from heat, then cover and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
-Beginning adding your toppings: Banana, flax, almonds, cinnamon, and peanut butter.
