Ironically, this is one of Jake's favorite desserts, even though he dislikes bananas. When we make this one, Jake doesn't even like to touch the bananas (it's a texture problem), so that's Sami's designated job. Jake thinks of banana bread as a way to experience the flavor of banana, but without the goo.
Sweet, warm, and perfectly moist.
